Golden Milk is a traditional Indian drink widely hailed for its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.
Whether you’re winding down from a busy day, dealing with the stress of managing an IBD, or need to calm your gut, sipping a steaming cup of golden milk gives you a satisfying way to slow down, relax, and do something good for yourself.
The blend of turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon provides anti-inflammatory properties, making this latte a go-to feel-good drink throughout the year. It’s delicious hot or cold, so you can enjoy it in every season.
And the vanilla and almond milk give it a rich creamy base that makes afternoon breaks feel just a tiny bit luxurious without the negative effects of dairy or sugar.
